beyoo is coming to the UK as the Co-living brand for CRM Students. Successfully launched in Europe in 2021, beyoo is growing and evolving.

As a trusted and respected operating partner throughout the UK and Europe, CRM Students focuses on the assets of corporate, university and institutional investors, with over 17 years’ experience successfully delivering client objectives, we provide management services for over 29,500 rooms.

Our approach

Resident engagement, health, wellbeing, and community building is a central part of beyoo’s management strategy. The focus of which is on engaging residents, building a wider community, embedding to the local environment and supporting tenants in their physical and mental wellbeing.

Our approach to managing assets sustainably can be split into three distinct sections; building management, resident management, social and community management.

Building Management
Building management encompasses the key interventions that can be made as a sustainable operator which reduce operating expenses. From introducing water flow restrictors on toilets and taps, to carefully managing air conditioning (as details on the following pages); we focus on minimising consumption.

Resident Initiatives
We pride ourselves on our relationships with our residents, and we can have a substantial sustainable impact through resident initiatives. We use campaigns to recycle, offering reusable move in materials (and shopping bags), encouraging clothing and belonging swaps and our power down for pizza energy saving competition which rewards efficient energy use. The resident management campaigns are an active part of the resident engagement plan noted on the previous page of this proposal.

Social and Community
Social and community management is key to impacting our resident’s time with us. Through offering a variety of initiatives outside of typical resident events we give our residents the opportunity to find new skills and integrate with the local community.
